The location was incredible and amazing there, in the middle of the city. Besides, it was next to pub, restaurant, local shop and petrol ststion, the shops in St Merryn and of course the lovely coffee at Nin's Cafe and the 7 bays beaches.

The location of the property is excellent, with stunning beaches nearby. The room was spotlessly clean and well-decorated, with little extras left in the fridge. The hosts, Nin and Jo, were friendly and welcoming, providing helpful advice and tips for exploring the area. The breakfast, whether self-catered or cooked by request, was tasty and enjoyable. The decor and furniture gave the room a relaxing atmosphere, and parking was convenient across the road at Parc Eglos.
The only small drawback was the lack of a toaster in the room.

I had the most mind-blowing experience at this place! The unit was super spacious and had an incredible price! It was spotlessly clean and decorated to the highest standard. The hosts, Nin and Jo, were unbelievably helpful and welcoming. They truly thought of everything, from the full-size bath to the first aid kit and four rubbish bins. The location was perfect, close to shops and the amazing coffee at Nin's Cafe. I highly recommend this place for its jaw-dropping value and fantastic amenities.

Our stay at Deerpark was absolutely delightful. The property was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. We were pleasantly surprised to find little extras in the fridge, which added a personal touch to our stay. The breakfast each morning was not only tasty, but also a great way to start our day. Nin and her daughter Jo were incredibly welcoming and friendly, providing us with invaluable advice and tips for exploring Cornwall. The location of the property was perfect, with stunning beaches just a short distance away. We especially enjoyed our visit to Constantine beach, which was recommended by Nin. The only downside was the lack of a toaster, but this was a minor issue given all the other amazing aspects of our stay. we highly recommend Deerpark for a memorable and enjoyable experience in Cornwall.

deerpark bed & breakfast was spotlessly clean with a high standard of decor. it's in a great location near stunning beaches - like constantine beach. the hosts - nin and jo - were welcoming and gave helpful advice. the little extras - like daily treats in the fridge - were a lovely touch.
Strongly recommend.

The room was spacious and clean, providing plenty of room to relax after a long day of work. The decor was top notch and created a relaxing atmosphere. The host was thoughtful and provided daily complimentary drinks in the fridge, which was a nice touch. The location was central and convenient for all the places I needed to go during my business trip. There was also ample parking available nearby, which made it easy for me to come and go as needed.
It would have been nice to have the option to make a quick toast for breakfast. although the fridge was stocked with treats, I felt that the options were quite limited and could have been more varied.
